Synopsis for ‘Noah’:

NOAH is a close adaptation of the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark.  In a world ravaged by human sin, Noah (Russell Crowe) is a man chosen by God for a great task and divine mission: to build an Ark to save creation from the coming apocalyptic flood that is set to destroy the world.  The screenplay was written by Aronofsky and Ari Handel and revised by Academy Award®-nominated screenwriter John Logan (Credits to his name include: Gladiator,Hugo).

Russell Crowe stars in the title role alongside Emma Watson Logan Lerman, Jennifer Connelly, Douglas Booth, Ray Winston and Anthony Hopkins. Paramount has been circulating a version of the ‘Noah’ trailer around religious conferences and will soon release it to the public. There has been some mix reviews at the early film screenings, mainly that the story strays a little from the actual Bible story of ‘Noah’, while it was well received by others. The final cut may have a few changes as all films do after early screenings. Will you go to watch ‘Noah’ in theaters in 2014?
